We dared to change that. We took 100% organically grown Brazillian whole beans and roasted them to a dark, bold, glorious perfection. We dared to make a dark roast that’s out of this world, and we did. With tasting notes of pecan and dark chocolate, this roast will make your whole kitchen smell like someone's cooking brownies. Dark Chocolate and Pecan Brownie

We roast once a week, usually on Thursday. Once we have a chance to do our QA/QC, we package and ship it off. You can expect your coffee to be shipped within a few days of roasting.
