For the second time in our short career, we got the big man himself to come down to Denver and help us roast this up. For those that remember, Santa played a part in our 2019 Winter Blend, and after a short hiatus in 2020 (let's be real, the whole world was weird last year), he swung back around to make up for lost time.

The real story:

We've got a pair of Ecuadors that blend together beautifully, and we've only got a few pounds of both. Both coffees have been bringing in awards for a few seasons now. We'll have just a handful of these bags and will probably be sold out by Christmas.

This blend comes forward with some good notes of spice, citrus, and an undertone of pear to round everything out.
