Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after your order was shipped. After 30 days, we can unfortunately no longer offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition was received in. It must also be in the original packaging.
Coffee and all other perishable items are exempt from returns or exchanges. We also do not accept returns on sanitary and intimate items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (an order reference number is fine).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
A full refund or exchange will be honored if the product was damaged or lost during shipping. If a bag of coffee broke open during shipping, a full refund or exchange will be honored.
There may be a situation where a partial refund is offered. If you believe you are entitled to a partial refund, email support@groundsharkcoffee.com.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We can offer refunds on product that was lost in shipping due to a postal error, but not due to a customer error. It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping and billing address is correct. When an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all of the information you gave us. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information in that email is correct before the product is shipped. In the event that a product is returned to sender due to a postal error, your product will be sent back to you. In the event that a product is returned to sender due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we will not issue a refund. We will, however, ship you the product with corrected information but you must cover the cost. If the address input by the customer is incorrect, and the product is not returned by the shipping company, we unfortunately can offer no refunds on that shipping cost or product cost. Further, if a product is returned by the shipping company, it is not our responsibility to reach out (although we usually will!). It is the customer's responsibility to follow up on any and all products that are not received once they have left our facility. It is our responsibility to provide the customer with accurate tracking information. If we have not received communication from a customer within 30 days of the date the product was shipped, we consider the case closed and will no longer issue refunds or exchanges due to any errors made by any party. Communication with a customer will extend this to 60 days maximum from ship date.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-2 weeks.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after a few weeks, please contact us at support@groundsharkcoffee.com.
Sale items
Sale items may be eligible for refunds/exchanges. Limited editions items are not eligible, but where applicable, standard product stock is eligible. If you are not sure, send an email to support@groundsharkcoffee.com.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same item at a different size, send us an email at support@groundsharkcoffee.com and send your item to: 2870 Newport St, Denver CO 80207.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and the giver will be notified of your return.

We will cover shipping costs for approved returns and exchanges. A shipping label will be sent to you as a .pdf to be used to return your item in the original shipping box.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for exchanges to be shipped.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Although the shipping carriers we use are widely reputed, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
