A Heartfelt Thank You

It's times like these that force us to reevaluate our priorities. People are rushing home around the world to be with their family as the threat looms. We lay down our petty squabbles as we all come together to fight a common enemy. The global response to the epidemic has had some great moments and some ugly ones.

The fact is, at this point, we're all in this together. Everyone from Italy to South Korea and all the way down to South Africa is affected by this. For the first time in my lifetime, we have a common enemy around the world. It's mind boggling.

On the local side of things, Denver just got put under a 3 week long Shelter In Place order. Luckily, we're considered manufacturing so we can still head to the roastery every Sunday. As long as you keep needing it, we'll keep making it. I do have some bad news for our local customers though:

Until this has passed, we are no longer offering pickup. All orders will be shipped.

It's the least we can do to limit contact and keep some social distance. We'll happily begin offering pickup again as soon as this has passed.

We're a small team of 3 doing our best to get through one of the craziest events the modern world has ever seen. As we're stuck inside, we're going over all aspects of our business with a fine-toothed comb. We're doing our best to stay afloat as we watch friends and family close up shop and hope that they'll reopen in a few weeks. If there's anything you see we can do better, I implore you to shoot me a reply. I'm always open to hearing about ways we can make your experience better, easier, and more fulfilling.

Luckily for us, we have some of the best damn customers on the planet. We love you all, truly. Without you, we'd be nothing. You've been with us through the good, and we're all going into the bad together. I can't tell you how much I appreciate each and every one of you.

From me and mine to you and yours:

Stay safe, stay caffeinated, and never stop living like you mean it.

Talk soon,
Nick
