Everyone remembers their first "ahhhh" cup of coffee. When we were in our teens, we didn't quite like the stuff. But we wanted to be cool like mom and dad, so we gutted through it every now and then. Then, one day, one cup actually hits us. Whoa. This is actually pretty good. Maybe it was from a diner down the street, or maybe a first date with that girl or that guy at a local cafe. Wherever it was, it was the moment we started liking coffee.

We built this coffee to capture that feeling. With notes of chocolate, almond, brown sugar and cherry; this is your Wild West. The first time in uncharted territory, the first time you truly enjoy it. (Either the first time for real, or the throwback to the first time. You get it.)

We roast once a week, usually on Thursday. Once we have a chance to do our QA/QC, we package and ship it off. You can expect your coffee to be shipped within a few days of roasting.
