This blend is created using a dense, darker roast with a great body and pairing it with a lighter roasted, less-dense bean. The light roast carries the intricate flavor that pairs perfectly with the deep chocolate notes of the dark roast. This produces a strong and bold coffee rife with subtle, bright notes.

The caramel body of this coffee is brought to life with a sweet aroma and a strong chocolate finish.

We roast once a week, usually on Thursday. Once we have a chance to do our QA/QC, we package and ship it off. You can expect your coffee to be shipped within a few days of roasting.
