This is a darker roast of our fan-favorite Caffeine Cowboy.

We brought the Cowboy darker at the request of one of our cafes (Gravity Espresso in Boulder, CO) and their customers love it, so it's now available to all the rest of you.

Best enjoyed in a french press, but also makes a great cold brew and drip pot.

We roast once a week, usually on Thursday. Once we have a chance to do our QA/QC, we package and ship it off. You can expect your coffee to be shipped within a few days of roasting.
